I did it, y’all! I uninstalled Recolor and reinstalled it. At first nothing changed and I contacted RC and griped about it. (P.S. did y’all know the yearly price is now 89.00??? *gulp*) Anyway, it’s working now! For. How long is the question o’ th’ day! Have a wonderful week ahead ever’body!! ❤️💐❤️

2 years agoBrenda...sooooo BRAVE! it's been years since I've signed out let alone uninstall and reinstall...i don't even know my username and password!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤. Glad support helped...this is gorgeous my friend....the colors work so well together. went to Pier Park today which was swarming with half dressed spring break teenagers...the place was beautiful...but it was uncomfortable seeing these young girls dressed with so little on...im shocked they are allowed to walk and shop in skimpy bathing suits..

2 years ago@tcrain 🇺🇸🇲🇹 I know right? Actually, not at all brave as I have toggled back and forth biting my nails wondering “should I? Shouldn’t I? Should I?” Finally this morning I just blew and said screw it and did it without caring or thinking. I’d already done all Iknew to do to backup my work. I always sign in with Google so I don’t even need my password, but I have it written down elsewhere anyway. All my custom palettes disappeared but I knew that would happen and didn’t care. I don’t know if ….

2 years ago@tcrain 🇺🇸🇲🇹 …tech support did one thing for me or not but about an hour after I emailed them and checked my iPad things started working again and have each time I’ve tried to do anything since. I’m still a bit leery about it for now, lol. About Pier Park, I am not suprised the girls were dressed that way. It’s like that here also even way inland from the coast when the weather is warm and it was 90 yesterday and mid 80’s here today. I’m just glad I don’t have a daughter, lol.

2 years ago@Dee Van Lol, am laughing at the kickboxing venture you’ve begun! That’s got to be such fun. And I’m with you on the cost of RC….I don’t like it but I’ll keep doing it for now. I just renewed in January and it was 69.99. I wonder when I’ll say to myself, “Enuff is ENUFF!?” If it weren’t for the amazing people I probably would give it up, ya know?

2 years ago@Carrie 🐈🌸🐾📚💜 Carrie, thanks super much. ❤️❤️❤️. I don’t think I’ll be convinced that it’s 100% working again until another day goes by without issue. Reinstalling erased all my pics under the “all pictures” tab under My Works. It also deleted all my custom palettes but I read that would happen before I did the reinstall, so no big deal there as they weren’t very organized by color anyway. Thought about you while I colored this…u and ur sweet kitty kats! :)
