Hun it's not you, its the app. I find that if you post everyday, and keep at it people start to notice, maybe joining other people's contests, a lot of the time that gets traffic through your gallery. Also try and find people with the same interest as you thier more likely to stick by ya.

4 years agoI’ve noticed this with people too. You’re drawings are amazing, and actually you’re drawing style is very popular (I pay attention to popular drawing styles).
It is possible you should post more to keep more active followers, but I know that drawings can take a very long time.
Also, when it comes to how many likes you’re getting and how many of your followers are active, you can just blame Recolor.

4 years agoRecolor has made half of users with any sense leave, wether they left with an announcement or have just gradually stopped using it for various reasons.
I definitely don’t want you leave, I’ve always enjoyed seeing your original art, but I think that Recolor may not be the right platform for your art. There just aren’t enough active users anymore. Unfortunately I don’t know any better apps to use (otherwise I’d be using it).

4 years agoYou’re definitely right @AkatsukiArtist I’m trying to find another app that I can use for the same reasons, which is partly how I use Wattpad. But I don’t know, I definitely don’t want to leave because I’ve met super amazing people like you on here, and I agree it’s only gonna get worse as more and more people leave.
It’s like a weird loop. As people leave, it gets worse. People leave because it’s worse. Eventually there will be no one left :/

4 years agoI’ve been considering joining Deviant Art, but I’m not sure. There are a ton of amazing artists on there I’m not really sure my art looks “professional” enough but I’m leaning towards it. Any of you guys have Deviant Art??
