Here we go again! My last post got taken down since the picture had only words, but I still want to share this information so I created a new image!
✨ Below are my top 8 ways you can grow your gallery. Or in other words gain more likes, followers, comments. Enjoy!! ✨

1 year ago1. Like peoples pictures! I usually like at least three on each gallery, or more if I’m impressed with their work. But make sure you’re still looking at people’s art. Don’t get stuck in a mindless scroll.

1 year ago2. Commenting is super important! It gets peoples attention when you compliment their work! Be honest and genuine: please don’t copy-and-paste your comments. Take the time to actually look at their picture and say what you like about it!

1 year ago3. Be social!! Participate in contests, weekly challenges (such as Dee Van’s Monday Mandala and Felecia Tacon’s Friday Colors) and Recolor’s Spotlights. The more group activities you join in with, the more people with know you exist. Not to mention they are so much fun!

1 year ago4. Engage your community. Put an intro in your comments section. Ask questions of the day or put a song of the day. Just do things to get people involved on your page. Part of growing your gallery is gaining a fun involved community. In my opinion half the fun of Recolor is socializing!

1 year ago5. Be extra active just after posting. Right after you post a new picture go through your following page and the highlights. Comment and like so people will see your newest pic. Also take time to tag and thank the people who commented on your last post.

1 year ago6. Dailies really boost your likes. As long as the picture is still current, it will show up under the dailies tab. That small amount of filtering means your pic can get popular FAST!
7. Post regularly. If you go more than two weeks without posting your likes will go down. But don’t post too much either!! I typically don’t follow people who post more than once a day. But that’s just me!!

1 year ago8. BE KIND!! There is never a reason to be rude. Always remember that when you comment or join in contests. If you can’t say something nice then don’t say anything at all. And remember to have fun!!

I just started putting intros in my comments called 🌿My thoughts outloud🌿 I tell ppl my thoughts ab th pic and ask for their opinion ab something relating to it. I would love for you to join in! I try not to post too much but i do lol. I don't join in contests tho bc i have no clue what i'm doing. And i'm also not subscribed to RC. So some pics ppl do, i can't do.
