3 years agoYea there was an attempt for rape but like it was part of the story and even tho itโs disgusting itโs just legitimate content that happens in real life and plus kirito (guy in the picture) ends up saving two girls. The plot is all these people getting permanently stuck in a video game like their minds are controlled to these VR headset things. Iโll explain more later bc I have to go to school but if you want you can look it up or watch it yourself to see how you feel about it instead of basing-

yeah, ig there are quite a few bits that are cheesy and make you cringe but overall i really enjoyed it.
i think gun gale online is the best part of it all, i think it was the least cheesiest too. and kirito was pretty cool with that lightsaver thingy ๐

The main reason, Iโm not watching it,
is because one of my friends, (sheโs on Recolor too),
has watched it, and said it was horrible + sheโs watched 300+ animeโs.

(I found this on Reddit) :
The characters were very unoriginal and lacked any personality or depth, the plot was all-over the place and had its holes and a lot of other things like Kirito being grossly overpowered, the villain SAO, SAO and stuff like that. I think the biggest complaints are because of the bad characters and writing.
For characters being bad & writing is something that bothers a lot of people, including me, ;-;

3 years agoOkay, so apparently season 1 part 2 of it,
sucked & was the horrible part.
About five times there was rape, & sexual assault
they basically used rape as an continuan for the story itself,
which is both boring & bad on there end. ๐น๐ฌ
They had potential, itโs just the writers themselves,
that screwed it up completely.
Which is to be expected cause itโs A-1 Pictures after all, ๐.
