Figured I’d repost the ‘favoritism dragon’ for this, since the other post about this got taken down. I’m leaving Recolor. I don’t like it here anymore. Congratulations to the people who successfully pestered my friends (and me) off of here! You harassed a bunch of teenagers so much they left to get away from you reporting their pictures over minor issues. Hope you feel good about yourselves.
Anyways, it’s been a ‘nice’ 2 years.

3 years ago@🍁 🎃 Nova 🎃 🍂 It’s more of a ‘picsart is a better alternative to RC’ and yeah, combined with these people who get mad about some inconsequential things and the coloring system here, I’m thoroughly done with RC.

3 years agoI agree with @🦇🕸️🍁Bahari_Blue🍁🕸️🦇 , it just isn’t the same. I feel like RC helped me grow as a person and even get better at socializing in some aspects. And so many nice people.
But now it’s just too overbearing. I realize that the people who own the app have to do some things to keep their license, but surely they don’t need to take down pictures and accounts based on such stretched reasons instead of trying to communicate with their users about it. And they haven’t updated the rules in years.

3 years agoOk, stop me because I might be getting too deep into meanings, but what if we have to leave because we’ve grown? Yes, people here have been toxic, and yes rules have changed, but they did back then, too. Remember when they officially banned roleplaying and story telling? Or how every fall brings bad vibes? We thought it was the end of the world (or at least I did lol). We keep gaining and losing friends. Then, we grow out of a part of our lives so we can move out of the nest. Maybe, just maybe.
