3 years ago@MarleysMom aloha, I pick photos & paintings I like. I import them & as you know they turn to black & white. Then I choose what colors I want to use. It takes a lot of practice, you can erase the colors if you want or just color over the color you choose with a different color. I use erase to clean up lines around the piece. I don’t know how to blend colors especially for skin tones. So I just use the browns, flesh & pink for skin tones. I usually don’t use effects & I almost never use outlines.

3 years ago@MarleysMom cont. I pretty much only use the orange filter to brighten up my pix. They have banana which I use occasionally. I try to keep it the same as the pic. Practice, practice, practice. I’ve been on Recolor for at least 4 years. When imports came out, I was intimidated, then I got started & haven’t stopped. I occasionally do mandalas! I hope I helped. 3 years ago@MarleysMom when I Google pix & color them, they usually have a boarder. Unless I crop really well, I end up coloring my boarder in black! Pinterest is a bit easier to crop with out a boarder. 🌺
