The true or false question.
Okay, so I'm going to try to not type an entire essay to explain my answer, lol.
I feel like this is "a square is a rectangle, but a rectangle isn't a square" thing.
Personally, I feel like anime (which is now the general word for "Japanese animation") is in some ways like a cartoon. However, if compared to English cartoons, they aren't necessarily the same thing. They're different and yet the same.

when someone posts something, for the contest itself,
they screenshot the picture, and keep it in their camera roll, so they can easily grade them afterwards.
Which is what we are doing.
