2 years ago@Dellorian @JustMe (Marie) ♏️ Yes, thank you two for asking. I’ve finally been able to catch up on sleep. After not being able to for two weeks it starts to wear you out. Given that I have health issues & lupus being the main one. It triggers having you just have more horrible flares. I take lots of meds. But I don’t for sleeping issues as I’ve already have my own “cvs pharmacy”😬😝(so it feels like it). So I just don’t wanna take anything more. I try many natural remedies & NOTHING was helping.

I have a daughter that I still need to raise & needs her mama so having to put that “I’m okay” face & not cry adds that much more “stress” so it def. Was catching up to me. The day I asked for prayers & positive vibes I SWEAR it helped!!! I kid you not I slept like a baby I also think just crying it all out helped! Lol so again thank you both & everyone else but most of all God 1st…always.

2 years ago@laguties69 You are very welcome. I do believe in the power of prayer whether it be a single person or a group. You just need to ask. Please know your life is very important when raising a child. She has seen you happy, sad, in pain and believe it not, she knows and loves you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻❣️❣️

2 years agoLaguties it is my pleasure to give something back even prayer, I know I suffer from PTSD from the war in Iraq and depression sadden flashbacks its not fun 😢 I'm not a parent but could imagine what it requires when one is not able or could when it is required as a parent, God Bless and keep you and your little one in these days of confusion turmoil that hits us on a daily basis, may his face shine down on you and your family 👪, may his mercy and love be in you home all the time, Merry🎄

I also suffer from PTSD but mine stems from back in the day when I was a kid growing up & sexually abused by a “family friend” who was like a Tio(uncle) to me. From the age of 5-11yrs old. Growing up I’m from the 70s well more like 77😍😬🙌🏽❤️🔥lol & we never talked about “stranger danger or about sexual abuse” at least not in my culture. I’m Mexican was born in Mexico Guadalajara Jalisco came to the US when I was 3yrs old. So we are first generation

2 years ago@Dellorian here both on my moms/dads side. Became Americans gosh….like in the Mid 90s. But anyways yeah I also suffer from PTSD. & it just sucks when it just hits ya when you least expected. & now that I have my lil one I’ve noticed that I have had these Random triggers where im like “helicopter mom protect her at all cost” & it’s like ya hurt my baby….kill 1st! lol ask questions never!!! Hahaha😬 so if does get Tough from time to time especially when you can’t sleep it’s just a whole different level

Like I said I kid you not I came I asked & many of you did pray & the ones who don’t believe sent positive vibes just really worked & I know in my heart God heard. Cause that night & the days after I was finally able to catch up on sleep. So I also believe it very much so. 2 years agoLaguties thank you so much, The war leaves bad mental scares 😱, but we do the best we can not to let it mess up our whole life.. like I said earlier if ever you need a ear 👂 I took mediation classes to help others no matter what it is an I take what I learned in these classes for myself and of course to help others as well I sorry that you had to Indore that kind of abuse growing up hope one day it would be a thing of the past, I hope I'm not stepping on you spouses toes talking to you. ! ?
