5 years agoThat’s awesome. That was my top price point - it’s very scary right? I’m a first time owner and writing that escrow check had me sweating lol. Mozel Tov. Does it need much renovation? My new condo needs to move from circa 1975 to present lol. Another big check but I got an amazing deal so thank God I have some cash to play with 😘 new home found ✔️ check 🤗

5 years ago@Peyz33 aka Karen 🇺🇸 Not one single thing needs to painted, repaired or replaced!!!! Which is why we had to spend so much more than we wanted! But the other ones that were more in our preferred price range needed all new flooring, paint, appliances, landscaping....after running the numbers we would have been worse off! Some of those places I would have been ashamed to show...😂😂😂
