. @Corrie /Skypilot 🇨🇦 Hang in there. I quit smoking about sixty years ago. I found that it was not as much about craving as it was something to do with my hands and mouth. I reached for the invisible pack of cigarettes for quite a while. No iPads back then, so I took up crocheting and snacking. Later on I had to take off the 15 pounds I gained.😊 In time you will say that it was one of your best accomplishments. ❤️
