I’ve had depression for a while and it really started to spike lately cuz I’ve been super stressed and stuff and I’m also kinda scared cuz If my parents find out I’m thinking abt cutting idk what their reaction will be so idk what to do @🖤🥛Milk Boi🥛🖤

So what I would recommend is just taking away what’s making you stressed and if you have to and feel like you’re ready to come back to it then do so....as for your parents I’d say just tell them everything that has been going on and they’ll help you @Hawk 🎧 🏳️‍🌈

Yeah I feel like it’s hard to take away the thing that’s stressing me out because it’s literally life stressing me out on a daily basis. I’m also scared to tell my parents cuz idk what their reaction will be and I don’t wanna risk it.
