5 years agoHi sweetie....Do u work in a hospital? U said u found yourself going to the chapel ....which u don't usually do? I know hon....when u experience a sudden loss....there will be ups and downs....there were times something would happen and I 'd think ...oh wait till I tell Dad...then go...oh...no...I can't.....its like a bad dream thinking u will wake up...but u know what?..........can't...........

5 years agoTalk to him....in your mind....aloud to yourself....I feel their spirit...aurora...what ever u want to call it is always watching over us.....some people take death quietly...some scream outloud to vent....but mainly talk about him with loved ones .....even to this day my sister and I will bring up silly things my Dad did....like yours ...he was a real jokster. ..always kidding and loved everyone...never met a stranger......I'm told by others ...that's me 😁😁.........c......

5 years agoIf your doctor thinks its okay...take something to sleep...U may ask him about the mildest antidepressant u can take...it relaxes your body...helps u sleep...u can slowly wean off of it ...when u feel u no longer need it....but please...don't dwell on his passing all the time...try to do things that make u happy...relaxed etc...(I know that's ⬆ hard when it seems to consume u right now)....c.........

5 years agobut it can make u physically ill yourself....I don't mean to sound repetitive or insensitive but that's a fact.....its good u are working ...thou I know its hard concentrating....an outlet like that does help ....I believe Jotter on our site lost her brother and nephew. about 4 months ago....she's a sweetheart...I don't know the whole story but she was offsite several months... I wish I could ease the pain for you... but for now....all u can do is take it slow.....................c......

5 years agoCorrine, I have missed your gorgeous detailed opulent decor. It is work like none I have seen before. Very beautifully done. Glorious, my dear. Hugs. Cyndee. PS. I know you have suffered a loss so dear to you. It is difficult to know how to get better. My husband passed away when he was only 62. My thoughts for handling it is do things that make you smile, even briefly. Do those things and reach out to friends and family. Fondly❤️. Big hugs. Cyndee
