Pretty mermaid by @pernilleoerum on Instagram.
The original art has a blank background, so I added my own, it was really difficult to blend in the colors for some reason, it just kept going back to how it was before. I really don't know how to explain it but it happens a lot and I just gave up, it's not as good as I would've wanted it to look but it's Ok.
