@Jane Doe Excellent question😊We do have a light therapy lamp 10,000 Lux to replicate the sun in our long winter months & help prevent depression but we are no way as far north as Alaska. We have light during the day in the winter but not much sun so it is gray a lot. And yes I’ve had Vitamin D deficiency a few times & had to take large doses of Vitamin D to get my levels up to normal☃️I am fascinated by a village in Norway that has no sunrise during some of their winter & no sunset in summer🥰🌎❄️🌞

I'm hoping my son & dil will move back home in spring. He said the winters are starting to be too much for him. He also has a really bad allergy, or sensitivity to, something called glacier melt. Every time he goes anywhere outside of Alaska it goes away. I'd never heard of it before. hypothyroidism. It seems to go hand in hand with low vit D levels. Well, gotta get back to what I was doing. Breaks over! 😁

@Jane Doe Sooooo happy to hear from you. Awesome how your son lived in the most southern state & the most northern.🌎I’ll have to dig through my photos to try to find the name of that village in Norway. In December you go to the Weather App and it shows no sunrise. A few weeks later it shows the sun rising & setting all within a couple hours. I took screenshots of the App because it was so fascinating to me🌞 Have a nice evening. I also wrote you again under your last picture. 😘♥️
