3 years agoSo, this is how I make the rasam powder. Take corriander seeds and cummin seeds in the ratio of 2:1 and lightly roast. Once cooled, grind the seeds to a fine powder.
Then, add 3 teaspoons of this mixture in to 3 cups of water in a saucepan. Also add curry leaves, several pods of garlic, one chopped onion, several cardamoms and cloves, piece of cinnamon. (this is when you add the green chillies - but as you don't fancy it hot can leave this step out) Bring it to a boil and remove from heat when
