This is fabulous! I’ve been trying to see the meteors lately but no luck. I’m now thinking that instead of getting a telescope, I’d like to get a good pair of binoculars. I’m researching that now. Any ideas? I know your son has a telescope, do you know if he has any recommendations for binoculars? Thought I’d ask... 🤗💙💙🖤🖤💫🌟⭐️🌛🪐🌎 🔭

@MamaClaire Hi, Mom! I’m so glad you like my “space” coloring! I bet you were good at your arts and crafts! I love that kind of thing but have little time for Recolor, let alone more artsy stuff, just like you. I’m happy Penny shared my email with you. My son, Gentry, is doing great, he really has no issues since he toured with Drum Corp International. He lives in his own townhouse which he shares with his buddy. He makes stellar grades and seems happy! Was tough when he was little tho! Lol

@MamaClaire I used to visit my Grandmother on her farm in Oklahoma. My Daddy and his siblings moved her into the small town of Hobart, Oklahoma after grandpa died. Our ranch was homesteaded by my husbands great great great grandfather. He came from Germany and took this property as his own, originally 1,500 acres. We have the original homestead on 500 and a distant cousin has 1,000. I see the gigantic hill on his property from my bedroom window, it’s across the creek from us.

@MamaClaire Grandpa Sattler homesteaded this property in the mid 1800’s and the family has owned it ever since. We have the original log cabin Post Office

@MamaClaire Ooops, accidentally posted before finishing. We have the original Sattler Post Office here which is a log cabin up at my brother in laws place. He lives in the original home which was built after the log cabin, and it has been added onto for generations. It’s pretty historical in the area and Grandpa Sattler is buried in a tiny tiny family cemetery across the creek on the cousins 1,000 acres. I have so many stories about this place which are remarkable! My husbands grandmother....

@MamaClaire ...once told me that when she was about 5 (and she was born in 1895) that she was visiting her Aunt Carrie, in the house where my brother in law now lives, so in 1900. She told me that she saw a cougar, jump a rock fence with a calf in in it’s mouth. I was stunned by that, the rock fence is still here. I find many arrowheads as our property is nestled between a creek and a river...and when I go to that point I look for them.. so a very interesting place to live!

@gram gram Thank you so much, gram gram...kind of a strange template...but that is the norm for Recolor, lol!
