05-24-20 Flowers Saturday hosted by Lisa Dawn Last night at a hotel with hubby, cat & dog. 4 hour drive in the am will get us to our new place. Yay! And then the next day my 91 yr old Mom will be transferred from a rehab facility to our guest room. She was ready to give up on rehab and stopped eating after 3 months of being locked down at her senior living apartment because of covid (she tested negative). I told her to get up & start moving, I’m breaking her out!! 😂 🔑🦽😍

I understand why facilities need to isolate seniors but it’s causing much pain, heartache and depression in the elder population. I have to wonder how many others decided to just give up. Well, my siblings and I have our work cut out for us. She’ll be having physical therapist and home health aides coming in to help. This strange year just keeps getting stranger. Prayers for all of us! 🙏♥️🙏

So awful for your mom my darling! I’m so glad she will be out of there and in a nice home with you and your husband. God bless you all.
