"Root Beer Floats" When I was a kid, it was treat to get in the car on Friday nights and go to the "A&W Drive In" and get a root beer float. In the family station wagon with a little of "The Carpenter's" on the old 8-track and we were happy kids!! Long gone are the days when something as simple as that was a true treat and a fun time!!! I miss those days! Love and Gratitude to ALL!!🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Tracy my dear friend ❤This is a brilliant idea for this picture and yes I remember doing the same with my family except Johnny Cash sang on our radio because Dad loved his C&W!!!! I know what you mean about simple times before we found out how difficult life can be but I embrace my inner child everyday and look for the best this life has to offer....we just have to be open to that I think 🤔
