Face and body 1. Pay attention to body shape and light movement. Think how would light fall on this in real life? Use the blend and not the solid version of the crayons for that. 2. Use a black and go over the skin color with it, and then use that new color for shading. It will look kinda weird at forts but better with a filter. 3. Don’t be afraid to add imperfections like wrinkles or eye bags. They add depth to your art. 4. Use a white or off white for highlight on the collar bone (pause)

Contour the outline of the face, cheekbones, nose, under eyebrows, chin, chest, shoulders, ears, etc. Backgrounds—- 1. Think about light again. 2. Draw textures like glitter ( I’d die above), velvet, regular fabric, patterns, fur, and silk(above) 3. Jewelry is a great addition.
