@photobert Thank you 😊 I haven't yet, but I'll definitely do it soon. My back is hurting like heck, I'm about a mm away from being flat on my back. I've been hobbling around like an old lady for a couple of weeks and finally gave in and took a muscle relaxer yesterday, so I've been sleeping alot since then. As soon as I try I'll leave you a 👍. @HollyDE 🌼🍃 I am so sorry about your back. I hate when I pull a muscle in my back. It is so painful. A heating pad helps me. Also I press in hard on the trigger point of the pain & massage in a circle for 90 seconds. It hurts while you do this but when you release, it feels so much better & you can stretch the muscle.
