Until I'm able to resolve my issue I'm taking a break. My subscription renewed (my CC has been charged), but my account still says SUBSCRIBE. I'm not able to use much of what my subscription entitles me to. I've been informed by Recolor support, that to continue with my current iPad, I'd have to subscribe at the new rate, 79.00, If I buy a new device, I'll be able to renew at my old rate. So, spend $350-400 to subscribe at my 59.00 rate? I don't think so. Hope to be back, we'll see.

Ohhh noooo Lynn, I'm having so many issues with this app as well. I'm using my iPad pro. These issues of constant recommenting/re liking is exhausting. They keep tell me they're working with Apple for resolution. Take your break, Lynn... I'll await seeing your gorgeous art pieces soon. Hugs... Neci.๐

@Lynn M : This is a fabulous colouring. I had a similar subscription issue earlier this year and I ended up losing all my pictures (in my library) Iโd posted since I started and paying the higher amount (which is truly high with the exchange rate). I wish you luck resolving the issue and Iโll miss seeing your work. Please take care. ๐๐๐

Thatโs ridiculous. They want you to buy a new device in order to keep your original subscription ??? Contact Apple - myapplecare - is the phone number I think. You can google it. Thatโs the most ridiculous shit Iโve ever heard

Good luck Lynn. I have been only coloring two pix a day because this app continues to bounce me off. I personally think they have a problem with malware and some of our devices have been corrupted.

I have set my subscription not to renew in January. Itโs become to error prone and expensive. If they fix the errors I we reconsider. Best of luck Lynn.

had the same issues a while back. They did resolve them eventually, didnโt lose my rate (I have a iPad Pro} & can use again all the tools. The app still glitches. I copy longer comments, as they disappear, and paste them back. I also โsaveโ my recolorings as I go so I donโt lose any progress I made. Frustrating.

Oh my dear Lynn,such a cupcake picture to express what your going through with this application,although the time I dedicate to it is not much,I have also experienced problems but I just take it easy ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธI understand that many subscribers use this as a means of therapy and I celebrate that part but with the thousands of subscribers and the lousy service both,the monthly or the annual tag price is way too highly ridiculous,wishing the best of luck ๐๐ผ๐ท

Perfectly done my friend. Eventually they should get it fixed. I had problems a few months ago and it was awful. They finally instructed me to do a few things and reconfirm my subscription and it was the same price as I was paying. I donโt think they can force you to pay the higher subscription if you are current....... As long as there was no unsubscribing by you. But thatโs probably just my opinion. Good luck.
