I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Mine went through without interruption and I think yours will too. Just takes the site awhile to catch up. Someone mentioned that they’re located in Iceland...??? So there’s a time zone factor to consider too. You have proof it was paid so if anything goes sideways you can just show them what you received. Hopefully that won’t be necessary. Oh crap...I just saw what you posted previously. I never did lose any capabilities on my account that I noticed. It’s possible I just didn’t attempt to import or color on that day so I don’t know if it’s a normal blip or not. I hope it’s just a question of the old and new subscriptions passing each other. Some welcome back, huh ?? Geez!! Keep us posted ❤️

Hey Jewel I had the same issue after I renewed my yearly membership in en finally a month ago could see my profile but could not log in...frustrating! I wrote rc sent them all my info like my receipt how many likes I had how many pics what I colored last n no help! Make sure you are logged into the correct Fb acct and in iTunes click on Recolor updates and make sure you have the newest update! I have auto update but still went and did this manually. I messed with it for a week and finally I was

So when you say you messed with it for a week I’m not sure what you might have done can you please explain. I hate to bother you but I’ve not had any issues for the past 4 plus years so I wonder why now. RC might not like my artwork & wants me to cancel my account.
