3 years agoY’all I need help, I have had the same subscription for several years now and it’s giving me a message that I don’t and here’s a screenshot of my account and it’s already came out of my account, I’ve sent a message on contact us but can’t get a response. Can anyone HELP!!!!!

3 years agoI had this same thing happen about a month ago I could see my original account but could not log in! So frustrating it made me sick too.. I wrote to rc over and over and no big help so I tried each day to work it out.i paid for my 2nd year just a few weeks earlier also..Ugh! Anyways check to make sure ur on the correct fb that you made ur account with and the correct email then also make sure you are on the newest update for rc you get the update in App Store for Apple phones/iPads I hope this

3 years agoHelps you it also was telling me there was no profile in the name I was signing in bologna!! Another thing you can do is look to see if you can still see ur original account you have had these years? If so you definitely still have it and have not lost it!! Try and be patient I literally wanted to throw my iPad lol so I just would shut it off and try the next day! I’m also on FB my profile name is Janet Martin from California if you want to add me!!

3 years agoMy dear Darlene I’m so sorry for your Fustration my dear Friend 😕 I’ve been hearing a lot of the same issues with some of our friends darling. I’m not sure how to help but tell you to contact them which you already Did. This happened to me last week but my Subcription was up so I renewed it! I haven’t had any problems so far. But I understand it’s gone up so much. They want you to pay $30 for One Month😤That’s Crazy. It’s cheaper to pay $90 for the Year, but it is still Very Expensive. You’re not

Let’s see if it gets resolved, but I have a feeling the Prices went up and that’s why they want you to subscribe before the end of the Month. I’m so sorry my Sweet Friend. 3 years agoJust saw your comment about trouble with your account- I’m having problems too. I just paid and now have limited access to colors, templates etc. like I didn’t pay at all. I’m working with the support team. If you haven’t already- go into recolor settings and choose Support- contact us. You can leave a comment to tell them about your problem and they’ll help you. 3 years agoDon't know if you have tried it yet or not turn your phone completely off then if you have a Samsung phone press the down volume toggle and the on button at the same time until the screen comes to life usually takes about 3 to 5 seconds that's what I have to do for my Samsung S8 to reboot everything

3 years agoI’m so sorry you are still having issues! Funny how it happens right after a payment is made!! Same with me. I also found out a lot of people are paying 40 some dollars a year less then me! Seriously this is supposed to be relaxing and I sure do wonder if it really is at times!! 3 years agoWait what 90 dollars now for a year?? %@$&*),/ I’m sorry had a bit of a potty mouth for a quick moment!! I paid for another year in march April? I forget now have the record though and it’s was 79.95 like my 1st year it went up 11 bucks? Really then they give us dang freaky azz pics to color? Hang on my mouth is not being lady like.....ok try this again lol I have all apple products,iPhone where I started the account my iPad which I use now instead of phone...much better on my eyes 👀 lol I do
