Hello. Have any of you subscribers had your subscription cancelled? It’s because they want to DOUBLE the premium per month, and want to force us to pay it by making us resubscribe. I believe it’s unjust. I don’t know what I’ll do. I’m sick about it ...😔

3 years agoBeautiful. I hope they don’t do that. I’m sure the cost will increase every year but hopefully not double. That would be unjust a good reason to use the free version.

3 years agoHi Deborah, I recommend the yearly price which is what I pay for. When you divide the yearly cost by 12 it is much cheaper than the monthly fee. I love this App & know I will use it each year so it is worth it to me. Creating many colors & using metallics are important to me in my coloring so I pay for these features. ♥️Beautiful flowers! 🥰💕🌿🌺💐🌺🌿💕

3 years agoYour art piece is beautiful. I pay the yearly price which is less expensive than by the month. I think if they double the price they will hurt themselves because people will use the free part of this app. Not everyone can afford it especially with the covid-19 shutting down the economy.

3 years ago@Patricia 🇺🇸 (Pat) According to the prices that pop up, it’s now 89.99 a year, 29.99 a month. I was paying 14.99 a month. That’s double. I don’t know if I can do it .... I have to give lots of money to my son each month too. I’m sick about it. I can see annually is probably best ... except for bad timing ! 😎. Thanks pat

3 years ago@Deborah H maybe send a complaint to their support section. A while back I came on to color and had been signed out—I never sign out so it was weird. I sent them a complaint to ask what to do. They said for me to sign back in the exact way I had when I first started...years back! I finally got signed back in but all of my pictures, followers, who I followed—all gone! I asked again and was told to sign back in thru FACEBOOK. Did that and all was back as usual...I get a renewal from when...

3 years ago@Deborah H I contacted support again and told it went up because of a break in my subscription!! I never had a beak in it! They just did the whole issue so I’d have to renew as a new customer...and have to pay 79.00 instead of my start up of 34.00!! I was NOT happy and felt cheated. Hubby told me yo go ahead and renew again and pointed out for 12 mos it was costing me cents daily and I received so much good from the app for my homebound situation...so I did, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

3 years ago@Deborah H I think this app became so popular they decided to keep raising the cost but sooner or later some will be forced to discontinue due to the high price. I’m now paying 79.99. I sure hope now that I don’t come here to me being magically signed out again so they can raise the price again! Because I will then be forced to stop and I sure don’t want to have to. At some point, they should stop raiding the cost. I understand profit margins but at some point it becomes sheer greed. 😢
