4 years agoBeing thankful is so important, but, it is ok to cry. It has actually been proven, to be good for you and is a way for our emotional and physical well being, to release stress. No matter how strong we are or feel like we need to be. A good cry, is actually ok and not a sign of weakness. It will actually help one, to feel stronger and ready, to keep moving onward!
