I know that feeling! I think it comes with "girl genes"!! It took me years to realize some things are out of my control and to trust that I have always survived the things within my control so no need to sweat it... I recommend a bubble bath with a tray of nibbles and some Celine Dion and Il Divo then a good Girly movie like You've Got Mail or Sleepless In Seattle in your favorite Jammie's, on your bed with your favorite beverage!! It won't fix anything but it will clear your head! @artyf/Karen 🎨
