"Color is Skin Deep"
We are falling apart and to utter pieces. Broken by hate, intolerance and ignorance. Our color is skin deep and a mere trait of our survival necessities. Hotter weather required darker skin, colder weather required light skin ... it really is that simple. Just as animals adapted to their environmental needs, so did the human animal. Does it make any sense to hate a person based on the color of their skin? NO!

2 years agoWonderful! That is the conversation I had with my young children .โWhy are there different colors?โ Was the question of the day. Geography and genetics was the answer.( We talked more ) On a following day, my 2 year old and I were getting on the bus. She saysโheโs black!โ in a childโs innocence. The whole bus gasped.The bus driver,whoโs dark skinned who she referred to, saidโGod left me in the oven too long!โ We all laughed and had a very nice conversation during our ride.Moral:Teach them right!
