I love this picture! I get my pictures from pinterest also. It takes practice to find the shades and colors you like. For me blending my skin shades is so hard. I follow Neatfreak because her pictures are the best I've ever seen, so I try to learn from her. Also Facebook has some great recolor tips. I like those also.
