Hello my awesome friends, a little sharing,,,,this is a reflection of how I’m feeling about giving in to smoking 🚬 yet again 😩 Here’s to hoping that in 2021 which will be my gazillion + 1 time of quitting will be my final attempt to success 🚭 🤞🤞🤞

Such a hard thing to do. I quit 32 years ago when I found out I was pregnant. Believe it or not, you won’t miss it once you’re over the cravings. It’s just getting there that seems so impossible. Great picture and coloring.

Oh hunny it’s not easy. It only took 4 words for me to quit cold and I never looked back “you have lung cancer” scared me shitless- but I know it’s more than the cigarette - it’s the ritual too and the loyalty - I’m sure you know what I’m saying. So I get it - I had tried a bunch of times before my dx. Now I imagine a little Packman eating up the one lung I have left. It’s kept me smoke free for 12 years. Good luck - keep trying 😘

I once quit for 3 years and stupidly went back to it and smoked for 20 more years. Usually had only a couple a day unless I was away from home. Since Covid I haven’t smoked...9 months. This time was pretty easy, but the first time I treated my withdrawal like any other addiction...one day at a time. Distraction was key for me. Good luck, hon. You can do this. And you will. ❤️

Quit three years ago, diagnosed COPD but it was the advanced lung disease that got me. Iv been tied to a oxygen hose for almost two years, my lungs are so bad it makes it hard to just get around my apartment and I have to depend on someone else to do for me..a care giver. Having to accept this way of life was one of the hardest things Iv ever done..you don’t want this...good luck Corrie..♥️♥️♥️♥️

@Corrie /Skypilot 🇨🇦 Awesome picture. Is this BAD SANTA ? I smoked almost 3 packs a day for 30 years. I realized after my husband died five years ago, I was on my own and it was hard to do. So to save lots of money, I called the Arizona Ash Line. They really helped me. They gave me free the heavy patches and let me go two rounds of treatment. But my smoker hubby was gone, I took all ash trays out, and tried to do other things. I can’t believe I did it. I was doubtful. I hope you do
