3 years agoThat is good news. That is how insurance works ... it is designed to make money, not spend it and the pawns are human beings. Those who don't have insurance get nothing!! Apparently "pro-life" is a philosophy for fetuses only. I will NEVER understand how we can look at fellow human beings and deem them worthy based solely on money and skin color.
We are grotesquely flawed in this country. We claim to be the leader in civilized behavior, yet we favor guns over medical care.

3 years agoWe favor preaching over actually doing ... we favor the ultra wealthy over humanity. It kills me a little every day.
I required an iron infusion in November last year. It was $4,000.00 to drop iron through an IV for 20 minutes!! I have insurance because I pay for it. Had I no insurance, I would still be anemic! That is WRONG!
I will keep him in mind ... I hope their love of money doesn't cost him his life.
