You might have to delete the app and reinstall. The only thing you will lose are any custom colors youβve made. Uninstall reboot then reinstall. It will ask you to pay. Go to settings and tap on restore purchases. That will reset everything - except your custom made colors. That should work

@NanaLynne56 Hi, the problems have nothing to do with being a free user. I pay for this aggravation. Every time they bring out something new it happens. They started a new blog this week. In November they add new colors, that is when it started for me. Nice to hear from you, Char

Their updates seem to be geared for phone users. They are not thinking about the iPad platform. Everything works fine on the phones. Iβm an iPad user and am just as frustrated as you are. Switching back and forth between the devices sucks as that is the only way to work the activity feed. My subscription renews in May. Thinking about not renewing and giving up on Recolor
